Sherri McDonald
Sherri is now The Better Golf Academy’s East Coast Regional Director for BGA USA. She has been recognized by the PGA of America, ING, and PGA Magazine for her efforts in player development. Sherri was recently nominated for the 2011 PGA Teacher of the Year Award in the New Jersey Section. She will be directing & implementing BGA’s National At-School After School Golf Enrichment Program throughout the states of New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, & Pennsylvania.
BGA Georgia
Our Regional Director of Georgia is Nathan Jones. Nathan comes from a background in teaching and coaching youth in various sports and activities. He has 14-plus years of Parks and Recreation expertise. Nathan comes to The Better Golf Academy family eager to introduce BGA After School Golf Enrichment Programs and other youth Golf Programs throughout the entire state of Georgia.
BGA Minnesota & Wisconsin
Our Regional Director of Midwest is Tammy Brenizer. She is currently organizing after school golf enrichment classes at schools for the Fall Semester for juniors. She is also in the process of hiring instructors for her upcoming junior golf programs in both states. Tammy has excellent management experience from being an assistant General Manager at Amery Golf Course in Wisconsin, and a Sales & Marketing Director at the Saint Croix National Golf Club.

Daniel Jarvie
Daniel Jarvie is our Regional Director of BGA Northwest. He is a Master Level Instructor holding certifications from W.G.T.F. and Golf Magazine Top 100 Emeritus Instructor Jimmy Ballard. Daniel has held Director of Instruction positions, developed Junior Inner City Youth Programs, and coached at the collegiate level. Daniel has also competed on the Nike Tour & Canadian Tour.
BGA South Carolina
Congratulations to our new BGA South Carolina Regional Director Fred McCray! Fred comes from a long teaching background and has worked as a teaching professional at numerous green-grass locations before arriving at BGA. His golfing experience comes from teaching at the First Tee of Atlanta, Project One Junior Golf Academy, and is currently an assistant Golf Professional at Charlie Yates Golf Course in Atlanta. Fred will be expanding BGA's National at-School After School Golf Enrichment Program through out the state of South Carolina.

Our new Regional Director of Kansas and Missouri is Rodney Martin. Rodney has spent the last 2 years as a consultant and training matter expert in the area of Human Resources Employee Development and Risk Management for golf courses throughout the Midwest and Southeast. He now brings his passion for the sport and his desire to help introduce the game to a new generation at the Better Golf Academy of Kansas and Missouri. Rodney will be introducing after school golf enrichment programs for juniors in the spring of 2012.

The Better Golf Academy offers national & International after school at-school golf enrichment programs which are available to you and unmatched for value and performance.
BGA Chinese Regional Director Cranberry Huang currently executes the The Better Golf Academy’s after school golf enrichment programs in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. The Better Golf Academy introduces kids the game of golf on school campus with the tools of BGA’s international and professional golf instructional programs.
Cranberry Huang has service in the golf industry since 1999. Beginning at at the private golf resort Palm Island Resort in operation department, and the the World No.1 Mission Hills Golf Resort.
In 2002, she joined the David Leadbetter Golf Academy(DLGA) at Mission Hills as an administrator to sales and marketing, and junior golf development. In 2006, she was assigned as a business development manager to launch 2nd DLGA branched in China at Shanghai DLGA and set the Golf Academy teaching model in Easter China in 2008.
BGA founder James Pugliese is currently working with Carlo Arvisu of the Philippines growing the game of golf in schools, colleges, and universities through out metro Manila.
Kushinga Bvute is our International Regional Director of Zimbabwe. She will be working with James Pugliese and staff in growing The Better Golf Academy Zimbabwe through out schools, golf courses, and inside her newly launched Golf Superstore. This is a nationwide first for Zimbabwe. BGA Zimbabwe will also be transitioning students to a BGA Junior Golf Tour of Zimbabwe to experience the countryside, bring families together, to create an "Open" tournament, to experience competition, to practice good sportsmanship and integrity, to think on the golf course, to build dreams, and to have fun.
